Very responsive to a technical issue when first placing the order. After that order was delivered promptly. My only issue would the packing. I hope the soft filters will straighten out in time.

The order was dispatched from Lithuanian and arrived in 5 days. The filters were for a save 300 MVHR system and fitted perfectly and seemed as good as the originals. Price very good , i bought 3 sets as this saved on postage and they were cheaper. Hope to use this firm again in the future.

Filters as expected and do the job.
Justifying the purchase is unnecessary and a waste of my time if there was a problem with the filters then I would have been in contact for a explanation.
