CleanFilter: low-priced certified filters

As one of the largest ventilation filter shop in the EU, we are proud to offer you the widest range of filters for air handling units, the best prices in Europe and fast delivery directly from the factory warehouse.

Why choose us:

  • Best price in Europe.
  • The widest selection of G4, M5, F7, F9 and activated carbon filters.
  • Professional advice: more than 10 years of ventilation experience.
  • Unrivalled quality: filters certified to ISO 16890 in Germany.

When you buy our filters, you will not only save money, but you will also ensure healthy air in your home.

Reliable supplier

We are one of the few ventilation filter suppliers in Europe that guarantee quality by being involved in the filter development and testing processes. Only certified materials from the German manufacturer SANDLER AG are used for production. Prototype filters are tested in the FIATEC laboratory in Germany.

By working directly with the factory, we ensure lower costs for our customers and faster production times. The factory produces many original filters for AHU manufacturers. With a filter warehouse of more than 800 sqm, we keep more than 1000 filter variations ready for shipment.

We are the only specialised AHU filter shop in Lithuania that does not operate from a "garage" or "basement".

Quality assurance

The quality of filters is subject to the most stringent requirements:

  • Validated data. Filter efficiency confirmed by test results.
  • Ultra-tight design: the filter material is glued to the frame with an additional strip to prevent pollutants frompassing through the microcracks.
  • Protect against contamination. All filters are packaged in a film to protect against dust and other contaminants during storage and transport.
  • Hygienic. The filter material complies with the German hygiene standard VDI6022.
  • Tested and certified by an independent laboratory in Germany.

Why is testing important?

The new ISO16980 standard requires the performance of the filter itself to be provided to the customer. Most suppliers and manufacturers have so far only provided theoretical data on the material, so that the customer is not sure whether the filter will clean their air to a high standard.

It is particularly difficult to achieve the ePM1 class, which provides filtration of the smallest particles of 0.3-1 micron. These particles are the most dangerous as they travel to the circulatory system, causing chronic diseases of the circulatory system and influencing other chronic diseases.

The ideal tightness of the filter design is important for particle filtration. This is achieved by additional sealing of the filter structure.

Thus, many other suppliers simply declare an ePM1 filtration class, when in reality the filters only filter much larger particles such as PM2.5 (2.5 microns) or even just PM10 (10 microns).

Made in Europe

Most of the ventilation filters on the European market are manufactured in China, Bangladesh and other Asian countries.

This is driven by price considerations, which come before quality and sustainability.

When you choose our EU-made filters, you get:

  • Certified quality.
  • Reliable protection against contaminants.
  • Longer service life.

Filters are manufactured in compliance with environmental standards and safe and healthy working conditions. Shorter distances lead to lower CO2 emissions throughout the transport cycle.

Unfortunately, most filter sellers do not specify the country of origin of their filters and, after relabelling, they "become" German, Scandinavian, or British.

Sustainability

Up to 30% less glue is used. New adhesive expansion technology allows you to reduce adhesive consumption without compromising the strength of the filter.

Only synthetic filter materials. We do not use harmful glass fibre materials. Recycling of glass fibres is extremely difficult and expensive.

Lower filter material costs. High-quality German multilayer filter material has a higher dust capacity and good permeability. Chinese-made filters on sale use as much as 30% more non-certified filter material to achieve this.

Energy efficient filters. We were the first on the market to offer an alternative to our customers: filters made from innovative materials with increased permeability. These filters not only meet the high ePM1 filtration class, but also, thanks to their low resistance, last 1.5-2 times longer than a standard quality filter.

Renewable materials for frames:

a. Recycled cardboard. Used largely for filter frames and packaging.

b. Packing tape made from degradable materials.

c. We use eco-plastics for some of the filters.

Renewable resources in production. We use mainly solar energy from the factory's power plant for production. For heating we use exclusively biofuels.

Transportation. We use materials produced in the EU and within the EU. Therefore, energy costs for the transport of raw materials and filters are minimal. Delivery companies use electric vehicles for distribution.

Let's reduce our environmental impact together!
